Dala horse in blue ~ Handmade Yuletide decoration

Dal horse in blue is one of four new handmade Yuletide decorations

Made from strong cardboard it has several coats of gesso with added wood glue to make super strong and stable…once dried I have painted several coats of acrylic gouache, with the final details hand painted with a fine tapered brush. They are double sided and can be hung either side.

Finishing touch is a fabric hanger with bead

These decorations have taken many hours to complete , use to decorate your tree or and hang up all year round.

Size of this piece is 10 cm at widest part and 12 cm in depth
